Seagate Rotary Caring Trees Project

Irvine Burns Club chose a Red, Red Rose theme for its involvement in the town’s unique Caring Trees Project which has taken over the foyer of The Portal Leisure Centre until 3 January. . Pictured at the switch-on are (left to right) Bill Nolan (RBWF President and IBC’s Hon Sec), Annie Small (President, IBC) and Provost Ian Clarkson of NAC.

The theme of the Irvine Lasses' tree was Burns Poems and the Lasses in his Life. The decorating team were Margaret Greenlees (President), Rosemary Murdoch (Vice President), Secretaries Nancy Hogg and Barbara McInnes and Committee Members Cynthia Leitch and Susan Whitelaw.
