The RBWF Annual General Meeting will be held by internet and we will do this via a system called Zoom Conferencing. The AGM will be held on Saturday 19th September between 1pm and 4pm.
To participate using Zoom, you will need an internet connection and access to a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone, equipped with a camera and microphone. It is possible to join a Zoom meeting via a landline telephone or mobile phone but it works best on a platform with a camera.
In order to manage numbers attending, we would ask you to register your interest by contacting Anne or Lorraine at the office by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that clubs and associations should also provide the name of the person who will be representing them at the meeting. Maximum of 2 people per club/association.
Thereafter, you will receive by email, confirmation of your place at the AGM together with logon details and instructions on how to participate in the Zoom meeting. For anyone unsure of the process, we will hold a test zoom meeting on Tuesday 15th September at 10 am.
As well as the formal AGM, we are delighted to be providing entertainment and attach the Programme for the Day for your information.
Please note that there is no necessity for voting this year as there is only one candidate for all positions on the Board.
