What a delightful memories we all have of each event on this historical day.
11am Annual Morning Service at the Auld Kirk of Ayr. Robert Burns was a Communicant member here for 17 years. Rev. Lawrie Lennox conducted on Sunday 22nd July 2012 at Auld Kirk of Ayr Morning Service.

2.15pm-2.30pm Annual Wreath Laying Tribute
at Lawson Burns Statue, Burns Statue Square, Ayr. South Ayrshire Council Provost Helen Moonie led the placing of Tributes. Caitlin Barrie of Carrick Academy, Maybole sang The Banks of Doon and Cameron Kerr, President of Alloway Primary School Robert Burns Club presented a red rose to newly appointed Provost, Helen Moonie. Scott Barrie our Piper (Carrick) piped at all events.

3.30pm Annual Open Air Service of Remembrance at the Wallace and Burns Cairn, Leglen Wood, River Ayr, Auchincruive, with refreshments served thereafter in Oswald Hall
